    (5) Your name, address and other necessary information for real estate lot sale may be provided to the other party of your contract (seller), joint selling agency, financial institutions, management company and other third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use in writing, by postal mail, telephone or e-mail. Upon request from you, we will cease to provide your information to third parties.
    (6) Your real estate information, name, address and other necessary information for real estate brokerage may be provided to third parties in writing, by postal mail, telephone, the internet, e-mail or advertising media. Upon request from you, we will cease to provide your information to third parties.
  • 5. Safeguarding Personal Information

    We will manage your personal information in a cautious and proper manner. We will take the following appropriate steps to ensure that your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, tampering or leakage.
    (1) We take reasonable and appropriate safeguarding measures to prevent unauthorized access from outside, loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of your personal information by employing technical and physical measures.
    (2) A person responsible for the protection of personal information has been appointed to every department in charge of personal information in an effort to ensure its proper management.
    (3) We have established in-house rules and regulations to protect privacy of personal information, and keep every employee informed of the rules and regulations.

    We sometimes outsource the handling of personal information.  In such a case, we select only those companies recognized as capable of handling this information in an appropriate manner, and supervise them with necessary and appropriate attention.
